Sepiroth(Chaos top): When i was making plans for shooting ilteber&Consiglio, we were looking which fams we can get some backup. After have some talks with main fams involved war, Tempestuoso offered Vicaria to join. They were okay before two days, but suddenly(!) they have changed their mind, on the night of action, just one hour left for it. And their excuse was
'Have a birthday party'. Ok, but next day? Another excuse. Thats okay too. But third day? 'No we wont join you' If you once said that you will join and gaved your words, do not act like a pussy and hold your word. A normal fam would say 'Sorry, we can not just join tonight due to blabla, lets make it on blabla date?'
That would be done at that night. Also, after they learnt the plan, i have just thought they leaked it. And for Nomads, Eternity, Genovese: never left your enemy's blood if you are not sure they will back up or not. Thats why those fams got killed also.Anyways ,Omerta needed some clean up, from those fams who just sit on ducks and only rank,nothing else.
