According to Moondark Anarchy is his one of the best bloods. I wonder if Anarchy counter on Lusa now or they choose to leave blood vs blood or just try to get rid of Psycho as they won't likely be in top 5. One thing small fams gotta realize that a fam with Anarchy size will never give you minimal value.
