The righelli version? They made a couple sister families just to hold objects in the end. Other 2 families actually did end with 4 families and 3 families. So yes its possible, just certain families decide they want to end it with 10+ families and if your family (Alcatraz now) is alive when this version ends with 10+ then you make yourself a part of the problem.

For those who just want to say shit about blood pacts, try not to blood eachother to block all version. With 4/5 fams pact ( proudly saying that is better for the game) the top10 fams blood eachother and then they dont want to be shotted by many fams? How can a mid class fam play? Unless you wanna play alone, you have to be shot by many fams to match the number of members of top10 fams. You say you are big for making only 4 bloods? i say you all are pussy for make them with the big fams and left little for the little ones ;)
