After the major war swept through Omertaland nearly a week ago many people were in need of a breathing and/or rebuilding break. Spots were getting reassigned to families and accounts had to be restocked with bullets. In New York, the hometown of the late Marazzino family, however there were disagreements about the distribution of the spots.

Leviticus had their eye on a 5% Poker spot, yet Action wanted to have it as well. As Action also shot against Leviticus in the Fidelitas war. Leviticus gathered forces. Presidential and Indelicato answered the call of their blood and moved in to eliminate the threat and gain some Kill Skill.

Soon after, Action was no more.
