At 12 OT, Boter (the Chief don of Ndrangheta) shoots and kills Redrum (the LC don of Destruction). However Boter dies in Redrum's backfire. Because of this Ndrangheta is gone, the second highest rank in the family was an Associate.

Not a real war, just Boter saying "goodbye" to Omerta in a way that especially Destruction doesn't find very honourable.
