Hi,

Centili is experiencing some issues with PT providers. According to them, none of the transactions should be finalized/charged. In case you were charged, please send us evidence so we can ask them money or DC for you. To send us evidence, fill in the form under Support Omerta where it says 'Click here if you have had a problem with your DC'. It is obligatory to include phone number you donated from.

Note: Users who already sent, don't have to re-sent again, we have your information.

In the meantime, we advise you to use some of the other donation methods that are at your disposal.
UPDATE Centili has resolved issues with PT providers and all paid DCs should be on your accounts. Thank you for your patience.

A Centili está com alguns problemas com as operadoras portuguesas. Eles estão actualmente a tentar resolver os problemas, segundo a Centili, nenhuma das transações deve ter sido finalizada/paga. Caso tenham pago pela transação, enviem-nos uma prova da mesma e nós podemos pedir o dinheiro de volta ou dar-vos um DC. Para enviar provas relativamente a pagamentos, deverás preencher o formulário na página ?Suportar o Omerta?, clicando em baixo onde diz ?Clica aqui se tiveres problemas com o DC?.

É obrigatório incluir o numero de telefone de onde doaram.

Nota: Os utilizadores que já enviarem, não re-enviem outra vez, já temos a vossa informação.
