While Conflict and their bloods are fighting out a great war against Krays, and Favians is taking out Amnesia, Genovese gets shot by Natarelli and their bloods Vacchi, Cobi and Parabellum.

At the end of the evening, Favians have taken up residence on Amnesia's old spot, while their old HQ now belongs to Perforta. And Genovese's headquarters is now property of Prestige. Some say that there is a link between all of these families, since Perforta and Prestige both had strong ties to the NAPAS alliance in earlier versions, and Favians was in the NEFI alliance (both led by Natarelli, who now killed Genovese for their headquarters).
