At exactly 12:00 OT the new version of Omerta, 2.8a, was launched.

Unfortunately not everything went smooth. There is a small bug now that logs you out at random times. It doesn't really matter if you have been clicking slow or fast, you get logged out.

A few hours later this bug is fixed and everyone can rank happily without being logged out.

Another small change are the captcha codes : they can now contain the same letter multiple times. The reasons behind this change are unclear as there is no official statement (and i'm too lazy to go ask), but it's probably another measure against scripters.
